This printing process is commonly used today, and it is used for a large variety of purposes. Typically, this is the method of choice for medium to large printing jobs. It is adaptable to all print values and prints with a much wider variety of different materials...

This print format takes a different approach as these images are captured from pixels. The digitalized image is used to control the deposition of ink, toner, and exposure to replicate the image you would like to print...

UV printing is a tangent arm of digital printing. The use of Ultraviolet lights enables to dry the ink as it is printing.

Since it's all about the process of getting to the details, the UV lights cure any printed ink immediately. The dots of wet ink do not get a chance to spread once printed, resulting in much more sufficient detail. Besides, UV cured inks are weather-resistant and offer increased resistance to fading. This curing process allows this form of printing to be used with non-traditional materials like plastic and vinyl. Once the graphics file passes all confirmations, we create the proof that gives us a close representation of the finished product. Collaboration between the Client and Rayment & Collins happens to avoid any mishaps or issues that may arise. This critical step helps the quality assurance so that there is a complete agreement to the project specifications...
